The Product UI/UX Designer will work closely with novice Soldiers, coaching them in UI/UX design principles. Responsibilities include ensuring products meet user needs, managing user relationships, creating prototypes and wireframes, and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers on design priorities.

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy applications with a focus on scalability and high availability. Responsibilities include implementing user stories, practicing Test Driven Development, and coaching junior developers on various software engineering methodologies and tools.

The Platform Engineer will coach Soldiers in software competencies, ensuring they develop ownership of projects. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining technology infrastructure, automating processes, monitoring performance, and analyzing data for trends.
