As a Deductions Coordinator, you will evaluate and validate customer payment requests, match valid deductions to trade promotions, file claims for invalid deductions, and provide analytical support to improve trade ROI and reduce expenses. You will work closely with AR, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to enhance profitability and prepare reports on deductions and settlements.

As Director of Accounting, you'll oversee the month-end close process, manage journal entries and reconciliations, produce internal financial reports, assist in implementing financial tools, support audit processes, and lead a team of accountants in driving process improvements.
