As an **Onboarding Specialist** at Luxury Presence, you will guide the build out and design of award-winning websites for luxury real estate agents. You will serve as the primary point of contact, translating client vision into actionable steps for internal teams and providing white-glove treatment to clients during their initial weeks with Luxury Presence.

Luxury Presence, a VC-funded prop tech startup, is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead marketing efforts, build the brand, drive growth, and scale the business. Responsibilities include product marketing, team leadership, strategic planning, and developing compelling brand strategies. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of marketing leadership experience in software businesses with a passion for real estate. Must have a track record of driving long-term business strategies using data and instincts.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, understanding their business and marketing vision, and delivering value and results to retain and expand clients. You will work with clients to lead strategy, collaborate across departments, and manage a portfolio of clients. You should have previous experience in client management, account management, or a related role, as well as working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media. Experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress is preferred.
