As the Shoppable Media Senior Specialist you will: 

  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of shoppable media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and effectively converts viewers into customers.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shoppable media campaigns. Analyze data to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shoppable media campaigns. Analyze data to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, product teams, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of shoppable media strategies. Facilitate collaboration to create cohesive and compelling shoppable experiences.

  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate campaign progress, performance, and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership, demonstrating the value and impact of shoppable media initiatives.

Professional Qualifications: 

  • 4-5 years of experience in Shoppable Media roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns $100k+/mo

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, Taboola, Feed management platforms (Feedonomics), Campaign management platforms (Skai, SA360)

  • Google’s AI-Powered Shopping Ads Certification, Microsoft Ads Certification

  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

  • Experience mentoring junior employees by providing guidance and support in their profession development, enhancing their skills and confidence in their roles.

The hiring salary range for this role is $68,000 - $78,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
