About the Role

As the Demand Manager of Digital Events at Kustomer, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing qualified lead generation efforts. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and managing the entire webinar funnel, from strategic planning and execution to post-event follow-up and analysis. Your efforts will turn marketing qualified leads into demo requests, significantly contributing to our sales pipeline.

You will collaborate closely with marketing ops, partnerships, performance marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless execution and promotion of our webinars. Your familiarity with webinar tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn, WordPress, and HubSpot will be essential in this role.

We have a preference for talent based in New York Metropolitan Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut)

You'll be responsible for: 

  • Developing and executing comprehensive demand generation plans for live and on-demand webinars, ensuring high-quality content and seamless delivery.

  • Managing the full webinar program, including pre-planning, calendar scheduling, promotion, and follow-up processes.

  • Utilizing interviews, webinars, videos, and virtual events to expand Kustomer’s reach and generate marketing sourced pipeline

  • Writing engaging promotional emails, creating compelling landing pages, and leveraging webinar content for ongoing promotion.

  • Working with cross-functional teams to drive webinar success, including marketing ops for setup, performance marketing for promotion, and sales for personalized follow-up.

  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, such as webinar registrations, MQL generation, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.

  • Continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data to exceed growth and engagement goals.

  • Owning our quarterly virtual summits, which comprise 10+ hours of content, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement.

Your qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, with a focus on webinar/video programs.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end webinar programs, from strategic planning to execution and follow-up.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

  • Strong content creation skills, including writing promotional emails, landing pages, and follow-up content.

  • Experience with webinar tools, including Zoom, LinkedIn, WordPress, and HubSpot.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing ops, sales, and performance marketing teams.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage expectations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
