The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will manage a team of engineers that provide design, architecture, and migration planning for new customer projects. Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of technology delivery with a strong team in a dynamic environment. The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will leverage their technical capabilities as well as strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills to consistently deliver a wide range of critical activities in concert with other groups within the organization.
The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will be the customer advocate throughout the implementation lifecycle. This includes being the escalation point of contact for customers, project management, and engineers. The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will provide a proper transition of customers to support by providing documentation, customer review, and any training necessary.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the installation and managed services lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with managers, partners, and customers to deliver cloud solutions.
  • Implement best practices and standardized processes, remediate vulnerabilities throughout the delivery cycle.
  • Manage department operations to budget and financial targets.
  • Recruit, train, develop, coach, and appraise staff effectively.
  • Stay up to date on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure best practices.
  • Plan and implement continuous improvement.
  • Operate within product offering and architectural standards throughout the implementation delivery lifecycle.
  • Partner to improve installation procedures by automating implementation steps.
  • Stay current with the security landscape with willingness to learn innovative technologies.
  • Lead and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
  • Mentor a diverse team of direct reports in their career progression.


QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements are also required.
  • Require limited supervision and direction; drive results and set priorities independently.
  • Preferred MSP or consulting experience


ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • A proven level of competence in VDI solutions (AVD & Citrix)
  • A proven level of competence with Firewalls, Switches, Windows servers, & Active Directory
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in managing technical projects
  • Experience with project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

USD 129,100.00 - 215,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $129,100.00 - $215,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
