Job Summary:
RapidScale is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead, plan, and execute deprovisioning projects for existing and new customers, as well as any customer purchasing specific licensing through RapidScale. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and executing installations by collaborating with internal engineering teams, sales representatives, internal support personnel, and customers' IT departments. The Project Manager will own the process from start to finish and will be responsible for identifying process improvements along the way.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules as needed.
  • Be accountable for planning resources for tasks, including allocation, estimation, and scheduling.
  • Define, recommend, and implement process improvements for more effective project and program management.
  • Document process and maintain documentation on an ongoing basis
  • Initiate and schedule customer project calls as needed.
  • Clearly communicate the installation process and steps to all project stakeholders.
  • Assist in gathering technical details from customers and their IT teams.
  • Schedule all events and use the Project Management system to keep stakeholders informed and up to date.
  • Employ a systematic approach to track development activities, interdependencies, and schedules; plan and schedule current activities; and adapt plans as priorities and requirements change.
  • Own the central repository of all communications and serve as the go-to source for historical data from Sales, Business Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Process deprovisioning opportunities in Salesforce (SF).
  • Open cases in Salesforce (SF) and/or Project Insight (PI) to deactivate services.
  • Manage the return of devices from customers who are canceling services.
  • Assist with customer requests for data and configurations prior to contract termination.
  • Notify the team of discrepancies in contract term dates, subscription end dates, financial data, and site locations.
  • Track the progress of deprovisioning opportunities through to the "PM Requested" stage. Follow up with the account owner if any delays occur.


Skills and Educational Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Effective time management skills
  • Outstanding phone communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Outlook
  • PMP is preferred

Interpersonal Relationships:
This role requires the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The position involves collaborating with multiple departments and engaging with a diverse range of personalities.
USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
