Job Title: Product Manager, Verify

Location: Austin, TX

Company Overview:

At Noonlight our mission is to protect and comfort people so they can live freely. What began as an app focused on helping people walk safely from point A to point B, is now a suite of emergency response APIs backing some of the latest commercial security, smart home, health, and lifestyle products in the market.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of Verify, our human-powered API that classifies security camera-detected events for IoT companies. Verify tackles the false positives challenge by reviewing and enriching detections to confirm real threats to person or property, enabling partners to deliver reliable emergency response features. In this role, you’ll balance three core principles: ensuring zero missed emergencies, achieving zero unwanted disruptions, and providing the fastest resolution possible. Your efforts will empower our partners to offer competitive, life-saving security solutions while freeing end-users from disruptive false alarms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define, prioritize, and launch high-impact features for the Verify product
  • Analyze data and feedback to uncover insights, guide product decisions, and measure success.
  • Investigate advancements in AI, computer vision, and related technologies to elevate Verify’s capabilities.
  • Drive rapid testing, learning, and iteration to deliver ongoing product enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You:

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Curious and eager to stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision, API or similar technologies, paired with excitement to apply them to real-world problems.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a bias for action and a passion for quick testing and iteration.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and an adaptable, scrappy mindset.
