The Events Manager will oversee and organize events for R365 target audiences. As a core member of the marketing team, this masterful multitasker and strong organizer is all about the details and creating a memorable event. You'll put together plans from start to finish and ensure Restaurant365 is well represented and successful at every event we attend and host.

How you'll add value:

  • Identify the objectives, requirements, and expectations for events including industry trade shows, brand, user acquisition, and internal events 
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order 
  • Ensure all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes are defined, and all participants understand their roles and responsibilities 
  • Manager day-to-day administration of events and programs including placing orders, BEO review, monitoring vendors, travel planning, restaurant reservations, facilitating company attendees, monitoring registration, tracking RSVPs, answering questions, and resolving issues. 
  • Create and manage event budgets 
  • Project manage each event, ensuring internal stakeholders and team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines pertaining to each event to ensure successful execution 
  • Work with fellow team members to quantify each event's impact and outcome related to new leads and sales 
  • Identify and plan VIP experiences for customers, prospects and internal employees 
  • Oversee staffing at events and manage onsite event registration; includes occasional travel to regional and national meetings 
  • Other duties as assigned 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
  • Experience working with colleagues in design, sales, marketing and communications
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service oriented attitude
  • Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to travel at least 60%

  • This position has a salary range of $79,000-$118,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
