Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving revenue growth through strategic reseller programs? Lansweeper is looking for an Ecosystems Program Manager - VAR (Value Added Resellers) to design, implement, and manage our channel program, ensuring our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners are empowered to succeed.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including product, marketing, sales, and enablement-to drive VAR partner engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
VAR Program Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive VAR program strategy aligned with Lansweeper's ecosystem goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner participation, satisfaction, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Ecosystems team to define KPIs and success metrics for the VAR program.


Partner Enablement

  • Design and deliver enablement tools and resources to support VAR partners, including training, certification programs, and go-to-market materials.
  • Work closely with product, enablement, and sales teams to ensure partners have the knowledge and support needed to effectively position and sell Lansweeper solutions.


Program Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of channel initiatives, including onboarding, communication, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between channel programs and the sales organization to maximize partner effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of the partner portal, tools, and resources to streamline program participation.


Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong relationships with VAR Partner Managers and VAR partners, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for program-related inquiries.
  • Host regular check-ins, webinars, and workshops to keep partners informed and engaged.
  • Represent Lansweeper at partner events, fostering collaboration and alignment.


Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Monitor partner performance, analyzing data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports, highlighting program performance and recommending adjustments.


Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from partners to refine and enhance the VAR program.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas to keep Lansweeper's VAR strategy competitive and innovative.


Qualifications
You Have :

  • Experience in channel program management, preferably within the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) business model and ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partner enablement programs that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess program performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
