As a GTM Operations Specialist, you are the backbone of our sales team, ensuring that our processes are efficient, the infrastructure that supports sales activities is solid, and our team is fully supported. Your role is crucial in maintaining the seamless operations that allow our sales team to thrive and our customers to be delighted. You ensure that our sales operations run smoothly, enabling us to focus on delivering the best possible product and experience to our customers.
Here's what you'll be doing
In this role, you will be the linchpin of our GTM operations, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with various teams, managing data, and optimizing processes to support our sales goals.

  • Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Provide support and training to the sales team on CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on general processes and quote to cash.
  • Resolve Jira tickets
  • Analyze Jira ticket data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.


You need these qualifications

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in sales or sales operations.
  • You've proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • You possess data analysis skills and reporting.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly organized with strong attention to detail.


It would be nice if

  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.
  • You have strong data analysis skills.
  • You have experience with process improvement methodologies and Jira.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt easily to changing priorities.
