This is a fast-paced role with significant autonomy, reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing and with a dotted line to the Chief Product Officer. You will collaborate closely with product management, digital customer success, and sales teams to build and execute strategies that encourage customers to adopt key features and move into higher product tiers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing & Packaging: Own and optimize pricing and packaging strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with both in-app self-service and direct sales models.
  • Customer Journey Focus: Map and influence the customer journey, from onboarding to upsell and retention, ensuring a seamless product experience that drives adoption and loyalty.
  • Product Adoption Analysis: Analyze product usage and adoption trends to identify opportunities for increasing customer engagement and driving feature utilization.
  • Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to optimize in-app messaging and feature adoption rates.

  • Revenue Growth Metrics: Drive initiatives that link feature adoption to revenue growth, focusing on moving customers to higher-value product tiers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales to ensure pricing strategies support both self-service and direct sales motions, maintaining a balance that works across all customer touchpoints.
  • PLG Best Practices: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in product-led growth, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the team.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • PLG Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of product-led growth principles and strategies, including in-app engagement mechanics and self-service models.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing product usage data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with tools such as Pendo, Snowflake, and PowerBI, and experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
