JOB DESCRIPTION
- This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in the Northbrook, IL office
- Provides assistance to management on development and implementation of select testing and compliance service lines
- Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues and focuses on sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a relationship with internal sales and the prospective customer.
- Develops and masters researching techniques to identify service drivers and prospective customers, and to identify the decision makers in the prospective organizations.
- Develops and manages relationships with internal sales staff and their assigned prospects and customers to assess account potential.
- Assists in up-selling opportunities.
- Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000. to $100,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.
- This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant experience in handing business development or sales activity.
- Knowledgeable in performance testing and certification compliance
- Knowledgeable in new product development and portfolio management concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a business
- Understanding of Energy Efficiency testing and certification service preferred
