As a Cloud and Security Support Engineer at Sonar, you will be responsible for Level 2 Support in Cloud Infrastructure and Security domains. Your daily tasks will involve proactive monitoring, issue resolution, documentation, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. You will demonstrate technical skills in AWS, Linux, DNS, and network administration.

As a Technical Support Engineer at Sonar, you will assist customers in deploying and using Sonar products, integrating solutions across development pipelines, investigating and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with sales and consultants to enhance customer experience. You will bring 5+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in DevOps tools and system-wide deployments.

As a Security Engineer at Sonar, you will work with engineering teams to design and implement security solutions, investigate and resolve security issues, run security reviews and pen-testing campaigns, review product architecture for security requirements, manage CVEs and cloud platform configuration, and procure and implement new security solutions. You will also develop and improve security tools for cloud platforms and end-point controls.
