Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our brand-new warehouse in Columbus, Ohio!  We're looking for someone to lead our warehouse team with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you'll manage and support your team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You'll also focus on optimizing processes, managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety protocols.   • An inspiring and motivating warehouse supervisor with over 3 years of experience in people management or supervision and 5 years of warehouse experience
  • You've supervised teams that exceed 10 individuals 
  • An excellent  communicator that has a high level of confidence in delegating tasks and responsibilities
  • You are able to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely, to all including different stakeholders
  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, making it simple for you to analyze data, identify issues, troubleshoot, and develop effective solutions
  • With strong time management and prioritization skills, you are capable of multitasking effectively, taking a detail-oriented and systematic approach
  • You demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing environments and demands, remain calm and focused under pressure, and are willing to learn and adopt new methods and technologies.
  • Proficient in training, mentoring, and developing team members, with experience in performance evaluations and career development planning, and the ability to foster a positive team culture
  • Experienced in enforcing industry regulations and safety standards, conducting safety audits and training sessions, and ensuring a safe working environment
  • You have technical skills with WMS, ERP systems, and inventory management software, plus a strong understanding of industry-specific technology and equipment.
  • Bilingual is a plus

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

The estimated pay range for this role is $62,100.00 - $93,149.00

In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
