What You Will Bring to LTK

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, sales enablement, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience leading and mentoring others, whether through direct team management or by guiding cross-functional partners, peers, or junior team members. 
• 3+ years of experience in project management, creator relations, training, data analysis, or sales enablement—ideally in a fast-moving, creator-driven environment.
• Public Speaking & Training Expertise: Experience delivering training, presentations, or webinars to large groups in an engaging and dynamic manner.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms like Hubspot or equivalent tools is a plus.
• Deep Understanding of the Creator Economy & Social Media: You stay ahead of platform trends, understand creator pain points, and can translate that knowledge into actionable strategies.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom for managing workflows, presentations, and team collaboration.
• Growth-Oriented Mindset: You embrace challenges, see new initiatives as opportunities, and are always looking for ways to refine and enhance creator success strategies.
• Creative Problem Solver: You think outside the box to develop innovative content and engagement strategies that resonate with creators.
