The Role

Job Description:
Summary:
As a member of the Talent Operations Team, the Talent Coordinator plays a pivotal role in organizing interviews and collaborating closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition team, as well as external candidates, to create a seamless and memorable interview process and an all-around positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

  • Support the talent acquisition team and hiring managers by navigating complex schedules and calendars to ensure a smooth and complete interview process for candidates.
  • Own all interview scheduling processes, providing a "white glove" experience using professional and quick communication while working with multiple stakeholders at one time (EA's, recruiters, candidates, HM's, etc.).
  • Assume responsibility for the interview process by collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers.
  • Through efficient communication, stay connected with interviewers and candidates to ensure everyone shows up for meetings and interviews on time, helping to solve problems as necessary.
  • Be responsible for new hire engagement and post-hire communications.
  • Coordinate and support talent acquisition recruiting events, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
  • Keep candidate trackers up to date and maintained.
  • Help review and audit job postings on our career site and other platforms for consistency.
  • Tackle ad hoc projects to support the Talent Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of one+ years of HR, recruiting or administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in G Suite along with previous experience with ATS or HRIS systems.
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to identify problems and appropriately resolve or escalate them.
  • Ability to handle details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a fast, multi-task environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a focus on providing excellent customer service, and the ability to respond promptly to requests.

Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical and Mental Requirements
Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $21.83 - $27.89 USD/hourly. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
