Job Description:
Pluralsight's Digital Success team is seeking to add a strong individual contributor who is willing to dig in and help us build and scale our organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Customer Success, this person will work closely with the senior leadership, operations, and data science teams. We're looking for someone with experience in operations, data modeling, and coordinating and collaborating on various cross-functional projects.
Who you're committed to being:

  • Supporting new initiatives and other key programs as required to evolve our Customer Success strategy. Particularly focused on a balance of human lead and digitally lead engagements.
  • Building and refining our digital workflow, with established activities and milestone dates to ensure timely deliverables
  • Owning KPIs and other key metrics for digital pilots and experiments


What you'll do:

  • Ensuring alignment of strategy/approach Digital Success and key business partners
  • Reporting and consolidating forecasts of retention and support key metrics
  • Collaborating with finance and operations on capacity modeling for our Scale segment
  • Handling day-to-day task optimization for the operations team
  • Ad-hoc modeling requests to support our internal partners


Experience you'll bring:

  • Product lead growth of Digital Touch/Scale Experience
  • Experience in working with and implementing customer success processes and methodologies
  • Experience supporting and interacting with executive-level partners


Requirements:

  • 6-10 years in SaaS operations at a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other analytics-related fields
  • Experience with Excel, GSuite, and Tableau, Pendo, Gainsight and Anaplan


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual base salary + variable for this role is $144,000 - $160,00 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
