Our Pipeline Operations Management is responsible for the pipeline strategy, targets, and performance across multiple campaign sources (from MQL:SQL) to ensure future booking success. As a Sr. Analyst, Pipeline Strategy and Operations, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Pipeline Operations, you will play an important role monitoring the pipeline generation performance and providing insights for key Atlassian products.
We are remotely distributed across the United States.
What you'll do

  • Monitor global pipeline generation performance and analyze trends across multiple established Atlassian products.
  • Conduct regular pipeline review calls to foster collaboration between Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Channel teams to generate pipeline.
  • Identify pipeline headwinds/tailwinds with data-driven insights and partner with campaign source teams to support programs to increase pipeline generation.


Your background

  • +5 years of ever-increasing responsibility in Business Development, Sales Operations, Channel Analytics, or Marketing Analytics role within a SaaS company or in a strategy consulting environment.
  • Strong excel skills (can write complex functions) and ability to distill complex data into relevant insight: You know how to create compelling presentations and can lead executives through data deep-dives.
  • Process improvement know-how: Continuous improvement is in your DNA. You can enhance business processes from diagnosis to documentation to execution.
  • Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Tableau expertise is a big asset.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $149,000 - $198,700
Zone B: $134,100 - $178,800
Zone C: $123,700 - $164,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
