Sr. Marketing Operations Manager
This job is available to work in one of our hub locations: CA (Bay area) or Austin, TX and will be hybrid.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr Marketing Operations Manager who will implement the operations strategy for our marketing team and own day-to-day marketing operations. You will work with the growth marketing team and leadership to analyze, orchestrate, and help execute marketing campaigns. By enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales, your insights will contribute to optimizing lead generation and pipeline development. This is an opportunity to workwith a collaborative and fun team, gain a broad perspective, and make an impact in a high-growth company and an exciting corner of the cybersecurity space.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Own and refine the marketing tech stack and data integrations.
- Build campaign automation; develop appropriate workflows, forms, and other automation, in support of the marketing team’s goals and objectives
- Provide analytics, reporting, and drive insight. Develop marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure program ROI.
- Build and implement automation for processing and passing leads to the business development representatives (BDRs) and channel partner team
- Refine lead scoring and account scoring
- Collaborate on and optimize drip campaigns, nurture flows and automation rules in Hubspot
- Manage data integrity and data compliance
- Work with Salesforce admins to ensure data is flowing consistently and accurately and to ensure data governance.
- Research and suggest new tools and solutions to better manage data and processes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Expertise in marketing operations and Marketing automation technologies (preferably Hubspot)
- Be proficient with CRM systems, preferably SFDC
- Digest and leverage data from multiple sources to build actionable insights
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage timelines with stakeholders
- Have a strong desire to seek constant improvements and growth
- Be self-motivated and resourceful
- Be experienced in B2B and/or cybersecurity technology organization
- Have experience with tools such as Hubspot, Salesloft, Drift, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo
- Previously have worked with multi-touch attribution models
The anticipated salary range for this role is $166,000 to $186,000 OTE + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
