Job Summary:

The Senior Revenue Marketing Operations Manager has a critical role within the Revenue Marketing organization. This person will lead revenue marketing operations, including budget, demand gen best practices documentation, and more.

This high-impact role requires a marketing administrator who is highly organized and is familiar with marketing campaign set up and best practices. They should have proven experience as a demand generation marketer who has built and deployed campaigns, as well as someone who has managed a marketing budget and created frameworks and presentation formats for executive briefings. Success in this role is defined by enhanced operational efficiency and scalability of the Revenue Marketing organization globally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Revenue Marketing budget, taking key inputs from peers and tracking budget versus actual spend on a monthly basis

  • Develop campaign performance templates and drive completion of monthly and quarterly business reviews with input from key stakeholders

  • Document campaign development best practices and definitions, and share them across global marketing team members

  • Refine Revenue Marketing practices in North America and extend operating model to other parts of the globe, including account-based marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management

  • Act as North America liaison to global marketing counterparts

  • Lead completion of executive presentations and other asks as needed

  • Own quarterly planning process in conjunction with VP of Revenue Marketing, including plan-on-a-page development, campaign launch calendar, and areas of focus

  • Consolidate inputs from Revenue Marketing counterparts on growth initiative performance tracking and achievement to target

  • Foster collaboration between Revenue Marketing and other functional teams in and outside of the broader Marketing organization

Requirements:

  • 8 + years experience in a demand generation function with strong marketing operations background

  • Familiarity with buyer journeys, campaign development best practices, marketing automation and CRM systems

  • Excellent at presentation development, storytelling, and case-making for an executive-level audience

  • Ability to distill complex concepts into simple frameworks

  • Proven experience managing and tracking to a marketing budget

  • High attention to detail, ensuring that work is delivered on-time and with excellent quality

  • Expert collaborator and influencer who is used to working in a highly matrixed and functionalized organization

  • Excellent project management abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the payments industry is preferred
