About the Role:
The Sr. Manager, Global HR Compliance serves as a strategic partner to key stakeholders collaborating with Employment Legal, Compensation, Privacy Legal, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to identify emerging risks, complex employment requirements, and workplace policy expectations. This position is responsible for establishing, communicating, and maintaining policies and practices in HR compliance on a global scale relative to applicable country, federal, state, county and city laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to CrowdStrike.
What You'll Do:

In partnership with relevant stakeholders, accountable for designing, implementing,, and maintaining compliant company-wide policies and processes pertaining to wage and hour, leave and accommodations, recruitment, regulatory reporting , time off , compliance posters and training requirements

Lead and manage workforce programs within the HR Compliance Center of Expertise (COE) to ensure the Company is compliant with the applicable legal requirements, relating to Federal and State Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)

Oversee the completion, communication of findings, and action plans of all US compliance-related reporting activities such as the AAP, EEO-1, I-9, VETS 4212, as well as international gender pay and pay transparency analyses, in partnership with external vendors, Employment Legal, and Compensation

Serve as the liaison and primary point of contact at the country, state, and local level for government agencies and external vendors

Direct global HR Compliance activities by identifying new, existing, and revised employment and labor laws, regulations and enforcement activity, analyze cross-company compliance risk and recommend policy and procedural changes to HR and Employment Legal Leadership

Partner with Privacy Legal to develop and implement data retention and management policies by country and/or state and category

Partner with HR and Employment Legal to develop and deliver training pertaining to employment and labor law compliance

Direct and establish the audit of internal HR Compliance training record assignment and completion to position the Company for success from a data governance perspective

Manages relationship with external learning software vendors to ensure HR Compliance training requirements are met and outlines opportunities for new training to mitigate potential risk

Partner with Facilities to advise, develop strategies, implement, and manage the global workplace Health and Safety program

Build strong relationships with key business partners to enhance the integration of compliance requirements into their processes

Consult on new business and technology initiatives to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated to mitigate risk

Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with CrowdStrike’s business goals
What You'll Need:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study or equivalent experience in addition to 8+ years of relative HR Compliance experience
-
7+ years of experience researching, developing, and writing company employment policies and/or communications
-
7+ years’ experience working with labor laws and reporting applicable to Federal Contractors and principles of equal employment opportunity
-
7+ years of experience working with multi-state employment law issues, including wage and hour, hiring practices, etc.

Experience managing global initiatives and ability to navigate through ambiguity/re-prioritize as requirements and direction change
-
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate executive presence

Employment law and compliance background a plus

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
