About the Role
We are looking for an Internal Audit (IA) Senior Analyst with strong Information Technology (IT) operational audit experience to join our growing and dynamic organization. This position will help build, and execute a world-class IA program that works closely with business units and leadership to safeguard and enable organizational value. This role will be accountable for major operational audit projects across the organization and providing advice and recommendations on effective internal controls and potential risks. The person who fills this role is expected to execute IA audit efforts around frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, COSO, ISO, etc. The role requires a highly skilled and ambitious professional who can appropriately align and balance internal audit responsibilities with a strong business acumen mindset.
What You'll Need

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or similar fields
  • 3+ years of experience in IT controls testing, IT business and technology operational audit, IT governance risk and compliance, or related areas within the technology industry with relevant certification(s), such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, CPA (or in process to attain certification)
  • Knowledge and experience with information security standards (ISO 27001), governance frameworks (COBIT, NIST), and compliance regulations (SOX, SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of best practices for key IT processes such as access management, change management, incident management, vulnerability management, business continuity, etc.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
  • Excellent work ethic - able to work independently or with other departments cross-functionally and take ownership of assigned projects
  • Outstanding project management skills, situational awareness, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Master relationship builder - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with an ability to develop trust among key stakeholders and deliver value-add insights
  • Ability to quickly identify and communicate key risks and potential impacts
  • Detail oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with ability to think critically and solve complex problems while utilizing data analysis techniques and tools to evaluate and monitor financial and operational risks
  • Strong team player who excels at working with others, views challenges as opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual, and multinational environment


Bonus Points

  • Big 4 public accounting experience operating in a regulatory environment, and/or international experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience working with audit software and computer-aided auditing, continuous monitoring, and data analytic tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Excel Macros, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) operational structure and experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for audit procedures

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
