About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate attorney to join our legal team, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel - Litigation. This role will join a dynamic group of in-house legal professionals in a highly collaborative environment that partners with leaders throughout the organization to advance CrowdStrike’s interests.
In this role you will perform a broad range of litigation-related legal work. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, solid judgment, and an ability to dive into and take ownership of a matter. This role will work on and assist with all stages of litigation including pre-dispute engagement, initial case assessment, pleadings, factual investigation, discovery, motions, mediation, trial, appeal, and settlement.
What You’ll Do:

Manage all aspects of commercial litigation disputes, including formulating litigation strategy and overseeing outside counsel.

Work closely with various internal legal, product, engineering, and business team members to identify, counsel and mitigate litigation risks.

Collaborate with other external in-house counsel and legal organizations on litigation and policy matters.

Conduct factual investigations/interviews.
-
Stay informed of new laws, regulations, and industry trends that could impact CrowdStrike.

Research complex legal issues and topics.
-
Draft pre-litigation correspondence or subpoena responses to opposing parties and/or counsel.

Oversee and improve internal processes and tools related to litigation.

Manage outside counsel to provide accurate budgets, forecasting, manage budgets and provide accurate accruals.

Represent CrowdStrike externally at depositions and attend hearings and meetings on behalf of CrowdStrike.
What You’ll Need:

10+ years of relevant legal experience.

Broad litigation experience and a proven track record of managing complex litigation.

Strong business acumen and the ability to balance legal risks with business goals.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
-
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently on multiple legal matters.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-
A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing with a state bar.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $150,000 - $235,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
