Job Description
Reporting in the AMS COO org, you will serve as the Business Manager for the AMS Solution Sales team. As the Business Manager, your charter will be to partner with the Head of AMS Solution Sales to orchestrate and execute against their short and long-term priorities. Consequently, the role will be focused on leading the operational and strategic execution of the overall business plan while integrating planning within the current year and out-year.
What you will do in this role:
- Work directly with AMS Solution Sales Leader to define, develop, communicate, and execute on a multi-faceted plan to grow business across our Workflows and Major Areas.
- Collaborate with business partners across Sales Operations, Field Sales, Solutions Consulting, Field Marketing, Customer Success and Partners to drive alignment on go-to-market strategy; ensure alignment of priorities and goals.
- Coordinate out-year planning to ensure the organization continues to scale to support growth expectations.
- Incubate and develop emerging programs that are deemed strategic investments (Industry, Transformational Mega Deals, AI etc.).
- Align with other Sales leaders around key best practices for forecasting, driving sales, pipeline development & leadership excellence
- Collect and analyze large datasets and summarize insights
- Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output
- Support teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Extensive track record of supporting new business success including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and with C Level
- Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to help the business meet and exceed quotas and goals.
- A self-starter with a proven track record for leading strategic planning and organization change
- A strong operational mindset with a focus on building organizations to scale in a cross-functional capacity.
- A competitive spirit and optimistic attitude, as well as a strong work ethic, humility, and excellent team-building communication and listening skills.
- 5+ years total work experience at a top management consulting firm, or strategy and operations at a technology company (or similar)
- Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry, GTM Strategy and Sales Ops a must
