Job Description Summary
The role of the Spatial Data Manager (SDM) will be responsible for day-to-day functionality of the client’s Space Management tool
including data integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data and reporting (regular or ad hoc) for a client portfolio or set of buildings.

Job Description

  • Serve as single point of contact to the client for the Global Data Management program
  • Lead a team of CAD / CAFM specialists in managing architectural drawings for a global portfolio
  • Establish core program standards for all tools, process, templates and outputs to ensure program methods and delivery are consistent between regions 
  • Establishes working relationships and guides the development of roles and responsibilities with regional partners
  • Recommends process improvements and performance enhancements in the use of the client space management system
  • Proactively monitor the execution of the client space allocation model and delivery of reporting in accordance with client Space Allocation Process

REQUIREMENTS

  • Holds Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field required and 5-10 years’ work experience in architecture, facilities management or real estate field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & CAFM software (Manhattan, Center Stone, etc)
  • Previous international experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in managing a team of professionals
  • Understands standards and guidelines for programming codes, procedures, documentation, project systems organization, and introducing new technology 
  • Excellent organization and documentation experience required 
  • Anticipates, identifies, quantifies, and resolves problems in a timely and positive manner 
  • Consistently meets deadlines and completes tasks as previously defined 
  • Works with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $97,652.25 - $114,885.00
