Atlassian's software powers teams in every industry to collaborate, ideate, and innovate.
The Role

Work Management is one of three market focal points for Atlassian, alongside DevOps and IT Service Management. With over a billion "knowledge workers" across the globe, the opportunity for Atlassian to grow in this market is tremendous. To help us accelerate in this space, we are looking for a rockstar marketer to help elevate and refine our GTM messaging and motions. Alignment and better collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and technology teams are critical to realizing profitable and sustainable business growth over time--and Atlassian is primed to deliver against this.
As a Solutions PMM, you will help tell our cross-portfolio story, up-leveling our product messages into simplified value propositions that resonate with our transformation-driven executive enterprise buyers, as well as their teams and the challenges they face. This includes conducting research and developing a deep understanding of our buyers and their journeys, developing narratives that win and that our own leaders will use on the stage at one of our many customer-facing events, training our enterprise sales team and channel partners on how to deliver and land our messages, and executing our enterprise "high-touch" GTM programs. Furthermore, you will be tasked with integrating Atlassian's expertise in ways of working into the broader work management/future of work solutions we take to market.
Overall, you'll be a key part of the team to help maximize the work management opportunity in front of us and deliver big results.

  • Crushing business objectives around customer growth, expansion, monetization, and retention.
  • Developing world-class positioning and messaging influenced by market trends, customer feedback, and competitive differentiation.
  • Executing big moments (launches, etc.) in the market featuring product and ways-of-working innovation to captivate and capture the attention of the market.
  • Creating strong collaborative partnerships with an amazing group of cross-functional partners across marketing, product, sales, and channel.
  • Helping build sales/channel GTM readiness around key plays associated with major themes Atlassian will focus on during the fiscal year.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800
Zone B: $116,700 - $155,600
Zone C: $107,600 - $143,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Support/drive competitive positioning of Atlassian solutions in market.
  • Deliver on robust launch plans to meet ambitious business goals and OKRs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create/optimize the enterprise buyer's journey.
  • Enable sales and channel with the materials, talk tracks, and assets to help successfully close business.
  • Develop ideal customer profiles and provide guidance on targeting audiences effectively.
  • Support our omni-channel GTM efforts across 3P events, exec roundtables, webinars, and partnership opportunities.
  • Participate on an aggressive cadence of voice of customer research to improve and sharpen messaging.

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise product marketing.
  • Experience in positioning emerging and/or evolving categories and/or new audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Never-ending market and tech curiosity.
  • Proficiency in presenting and story-telling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Bachelors Degree; MBA a plus.
