The impact you will have  


We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Copywriter to lead our content creation efforts and elevate our brand’s online presence. As a Senior Web Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital content strategy, ensuring all web copy is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

On a daily basis, you will lead the following areas

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content for our website, including landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions, and other digital marketing materials
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement content strategies that align with our marketing goals and target audience needs
  • SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, using best practices and relevant keywords
  • Brand Voice: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand voice across all digital content, ensuring consistency and coherence
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior copywriters, providing feedback and support to help them improve their skills and deliver high-quality content
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and visually appealing content
  • Content Management: Oversee the use of content management systems (CMS) to upload and format content, ensuring it meets our quality standards
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Project Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines

The skills you will demonstrate

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a focus on web content. Experience in a senior or lead copywriting role is preferred
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of writers
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for content improvement and innovation
