Job Description:
The Salesforce Technical Architect will play a pivotal role in defining and enforcing design standards, as well as developing scalable, robust solutions that support our core business functions-Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic outlook to our Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging their deep technical knowledge to solve complex business challenges, optimize our Salesforce platform's utilization, and mentor team members in Salesforce best practices and advanced technical concepts.
What you'll do:

  • Document and implement solution design standards, technical specifications, and other configurations.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solution designs that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product.
  • Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
  • Demonstrate Salesforce thought leadership, educating team members and internal stakeholders on Salesforce platform best practices, and ensuring adherence across the implementation team.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and decide when and which custom solutions (custom config or custom dev) are necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional solution architecture alignment (strategy/planning, architecture, business operations and enterprise technology delivery) to determine how best to architect Salesforce solutions as part of a consolidated tech stack.
  • Document current and future state in terms of solution architecture, functional/technical specifications, data integration and data migration solution design.

  • Data Architecture and Management
  • Hands-on development skills: Apex, Triggers, Flows, Lightning, and LWC.
  • Architectural diagraming (ex. LucidChart) including entity-relationship diagrams.
  • Salesforce Certifications Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, Application Architect).


Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading project architecture workstreams in the context of Salesforce solution design, integration architecture, and systems development.
  • Expertise in one or multiples of -Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Mulesoft, Zuora


Travel Requirements

The annual US base salary range for this role is $142,200- $175,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
