The Role

Job Description:
Summary:
Pluralsight Flow is seeking a Senior Revenue Strategy and Operations Analyst to assist in defining, landing and executing on our key top line financial performance objectives for the business. You will be partnering with our Revenue team and helping them thrive in fast growing markets and complex scenarios. Reporting to the VP of BizOps, you will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, and managing the rhythm of the business activities such as periodical business reviews, forecast calls, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. You will also be supporting our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help navigate the inner workings of our deal structures in Salesforce, CPQ, and the execution of Sales Orders.
Pluralsight Flow's Revenue Strategy and Operations department is charged with helping leaders in our company optimize the way that we operate the business. The work is sustained on a vast amount of data and discussions with sales managers, business development representatives, customer success managers and key stakeholders across functions. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills, communication skills, strong work ethic and will want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Revenue Leadership team to develop the strategy and business plan for the Flow Revenue organization
  • Build real-time dashboards and generate compelling insights around Sales and CS Revenue team effectiveness
  • Assist Revenue leadership with quarterly/monthly business reporting, strategic planning, and OKR management
  • Identify, report on, and communicate insights based on relevant Sales and CS metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals
  • Lead goal setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business and address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed revenue goals consistently
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the execution of go-to-market strategies
  • Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives
  • Define and implement the right Go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount Allocation, Territory and Quota Distribution)
  • Lead GTM retrospectives inclusive of pipeline creation, pipeline progression, salesforce hygiene and other operational reviews
  • Build/automate reports/dashboards in Salesforce that allow the team to get a clear snapshot of their operations with both leading and lagging indicators


Experience you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience working in revenue operations, sales operations, or customer success operations, preferably in B2B SaaS technology company
  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, with foundational understanding of Salesforce administration in order to communicate with Salesforce administrators and development teams
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to interact and influence decision-making processes at multiple levels
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong experience in creating Excel models and manipulating data, SQL and Tableau experience is a plus
  • Experience with Gainsight or other CS Operations tools is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier is a plus


Requirements:

  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Excel/Sheets
  • Experience navigating complexity and ambiguity with ease
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources
  • Experience with decision influencing; ability to distill complex ideas into straightforward and compelling story-telling
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of technical and functional teams across the business, senior leadership and the executive team


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $104,000 - $128,400 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
