Job Description

Join our growing team in Austin and play a pivotal role in shaping our Americas HQ at Wise. As a Senior Recruiter supporting our servicing teams, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by scaling our specialized operational teams that are crucial to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial services.

Role Objectives:

  • Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies for various financial services operational roles, working closely with hiring managers to make data-driven decisions.
  • Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Provide all candidates with a positive experience, building a strong talent network for future opportunities.
  • Define innovative sourcing approaches to attract top engineering talent.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events.
  • Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
  • Utilize data to identify and address hiring blockers, optimizing processes for global scalability.
  • Coordinate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a proven track record in fintech recruitment, particularly for operational and financial services roles (e.g. fraud, AML, FinCrime, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent, with a passion for finding creative solutions.
  • Ability to look beyond technical skills to identify candidates who align with our culture and values.
  • Strong self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
  • Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and learning new skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.

Additional Information

  • 💵 Base salary: $105,000 - 141,000
  • 🚀 RSU’s in a rapidly growing company
  • 💻 Flexible working model – During the first six months, you’ll be in office most days of the week to become fully immersed in Wise’s culture and ways of working. After the initial period, you’ll be in office at least 3 days per week.
  • ✈️ Wisers can work remotely for 90 days a year. By ‘remote’ we don’t just mean from home, but from wherever in the world you choose to
