As a Senior Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our partners by developing and managing enablement programs designed to empower them with the necessary training, resources, and support. You will collaborate across internal teams to build strong partner relationships, monitor performance, and continuously refine strategies to enhance partner productivity and alignment with our company's objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Developing Enablement Programs: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement initiatives, including materials, webinars, and workshops tailored to partner as well as internal sellers
  • Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing training to ensure they remain current on our products and services.
  • Resource Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain sales collateral, product guides, and playbooks that partners can leverage to drive success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, using data to refine enablement strategies and enhance outcomes.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners as well as internal sales reps and leaders
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and share feedback from partners with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in product offerings and enablement strategies.


Experience you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or a strategic enablement role.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs that drive partner success.
  • Experience with the partner ecosystem and B2B sales
  • Proven ability to work with leadership teams and partner stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in enablement and digital tools such as Google Slides, Slack, Highspot, and Salesforce


Requirements:

  • Travel up to 20% required
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $104,100 - $128,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
