What we do
Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization focusing exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40 million US residents who have "stopped out" and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled over 28,500 students, and recaptured over $139 million in tuition for our university partners. Today, we build regional marketplaces to connect the supply of educational opportunities with the demand for skilled and credentialed workforce professionals.

The Role
ReUp Education is seeking a skilled Sr. Director of Product Management to lead our expanding product operation. This role will be pivotal in bringing our product vision to life and scaling its impact across higher education and workforce sectors. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing product management team and delivering exceptional products that meet the needs of our customers and users.
Reporting into the VP of Product, you'll take charge of strategic execution across our suite of technology platforms, including: a learner-facing education-to-career marketplace, government and school-facing SaaS, patented machine learning technology, as well as internal tools that supercharge our marketing and coaching functions.
If you are passionate about working on a project that will have a real-world positive impact on people's day-to-day lives, we encourage you to apply!

  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on your team's research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Oversee thorough market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, learner services, operations, and marketing, to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Define and manage the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization -- including all key processes and standards
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators related to product success, using hypothesis-based experimentation to make data-driven decisions that improve our products each cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications
Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups often only apply to jobs if they meet all of the qualifications. However, no one ever meets 100% of the qualifications. ReUp encourages you to break that statistic and to apply. We look forward to your application!
