About the Role:

The Program Manager will play a key role in building and facilitating learning experiences and onboarding programs for our Go-To-Market teams - with a special focus on SDRs, to ensure they have the necessary foundation to succeed in their current roles and eventually transition to AE roles. This includes developing and delivering engaging onboarding programs that cover product knowledge, sales processes, tools, and best practices, as well as continuously refining the onboarding process to maximize ramp-up time and performance.

The Program Manager is also responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of our Bridge Programs - strategic programs designed to develop structured career pathways for SDRs and AEs at Motive Technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive program that enhances skillsets, prepares for career transitions, cultivates a pipeline of skilled AEs, drives revenue growth, and increases employee retention.    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, curriculum, and learning outcomes. Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including live sessions, self-paced modules, and practical activities. Leverage existing resources and create new materials as needed.
  • Program Implementation and Delivery: Manage all aspects of program implementation, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and participant onboarding. Facilitate live training sessions and workshops. Coordinate with cross-functional presenters and mentors.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to measure program effectiveness and impact. Analyze data and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments. Communicate program updates and progress effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Enablement team and other Shared Services teams to leverage resources and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or program management OR 4+ years in a closing role inclusive of time as an SDR
  • Must be available to train in the Austin office at least 3-4 days per week
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design
  • Experience in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience operating in ambiguity, in a fast-paced start-up environment
