About the Role:

How do you build a world-class sales organization? By creating a best-in-class Business Development organization. We are actively looking to bring on the best and the brightest professionals to join our BDR team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify leads, setting the stage for the sales team to close deals. We need strong communicators, who are quick learners, and have a natural sales instinct. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging and nurturing leads.
  • Uncover prospects' priorities/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set qualified meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Continuously learn about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree Required 
  • Ability to work hybrid in our Austin office
  • Strong work ethic and drive
  • Ability to handle rejection and persevere
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Previous cold calling experience is a plus
  • Coach-ability and a team focused mindset

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The on-target earnings (base pay + commissions) for this role:

$70,000$70,000 USD
