About the Role
In this role, you'll be spearheading growing our Austin sales office with fresh talent and skilled professionals. You'll focus on attracting bright university graduates enthusiastic to kick-start their careers in sales development, as well as sourcing seasoned Account Executives to strengthen our Mid-Market sales team. Your efforts will be key to our continued growth, ensuring we have the right people on board to take our business to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling job postings for sales roles and meticulously screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further discussions. Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities, while ensuring a positive experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract extraordinary talent, with a focus on recent university graduates and skilled sales professionals. Analyze recruitment metrics to refine the hiring process, set clear goals and timelines to fulfill staffing requirements, and utilize social media and professional networks to broaden outreach. Partner with university career services to connect with fresh graduate talent pools.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates using diverse sourcing channels, including attending job fairs and industry conferences for networking. Utilize employee referrals and internal networks to source candidates successfully. Keep a well-maintained database of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales managers to discern team dynamics and specific recruitment needs. Define role requirements and competencies in coordination with department heads. Align recruitment strategies with company policies and culture by working closely with HR. Engage with senior management to anticipate hiring needs and formulate long-term recruitment plans.
- Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates, clearly communicating the benefits and perks of joining the company. Ensure that offers are in line with company policies and budgetary limits. Address and address any counteroffers or negotiation standstills successfully.
Requirements and skills
- Must be located in Austin, TX and able to commute to the office located in central Austin
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, specifically in sales or related industry
- 2+ years with candidate sourcing tools and platforms
- Skill in crafting compelling job postings
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies targeting recent graduates
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks for recruitment outreach
- Ability to assess recruitment metrics and refine hiring processes
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Record of reducing time-to-hire and improving candidate quality
- Success in implementing long-term recruitment strategies
