About the Role:
The Sales Enablement Data Analyst is responsible for building out our analytic capabilities that measure the value and impact of our enablement programs. They will source data, identify performance trends within the business, collaborate with the team to standardize measurable outcomes, and format and present actionable findings. The ideal candidate will rely on their sales or revenue operations experience to analyze data and identify areas of opportunity for the Enablement team, as well as make recommendations and scale out programmatic measurement of the impact of global and regional enablement programs.
What You'll Do:

  • Assess data from Salesforce.com & Clari, Workday and our LMS to understand regional performance and correlate performance to training completion
  • Leverage our data warehouse and Tableau to mine data and build reports
  • Establish and scale performance reporting and identify data trends, proactively uncovering areas of opportunity across all go-to market roles, to inform enablement initiatives
  • Aggregate, format, and present on findings, and partner closely with Revenue Enablement to serve up data in both summary exec formats and detailed reporting.
  • Measure and report on asset/resource adoption and efficacy, while working closely with the Content team to surface findings and inform content strategy
  • Work with Revenue Enablement to identify core program performance metrics, and continually track, report on impact
  • Monitor and manage enablement performance data, and fix any data integrity or hygiene issues
  • Work with the Enablement team and operations to build scalable reporting practices and provide visibility across sales leadership and executive team.
  • Compile, consolidate and validate data from multiple sources into digestible formats
  • Manage day-to-day sales and enablement performance reporting and ad-hoc data requests
  • Translate and communicate data trends into actionable insights


What You'll Need:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years sales operations or data analysis experience
  • Ability to benchmark and track performance, and identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiency
  • Microsoft Excel expertise (including deep understanding of lookups, pivot tables, dynamic charts, and tables
  • Experience with large data sets, aggregation of disparate reporting and data
  • Experience with BI reporting tools such as DOMO, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience with Clari & Salesforce reporting/dashboard building
  • Experience connecting multiple ERP and Operational systems to create views
  • Ability to learn new technologies that support enablement measurement (i.e. Highspot, Docebo, etc.)
  • Ability to translate and present findings in an actionable manner, and surface data in a simplified, streamlined, effective way
  • Ability to align and influence others, establish direction, achieve consensus, and execute.
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Personal drive: Effective time manager, capable of developing the strategy and executing on the tactics and supporting programs, while managing competing priorities.
  • Superb organizational and succinct communications skills

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
