We build web and mobile application using modern technology stacks. We have worked for Y Combinator startups and brands like Whirlpool, Sears & UFC. We have experience of developing applications for various industry verticals, including healthcare, e-commerce, retail, finance and internal business applications.
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
The primary focus is to deliver results and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Research and identify key decision makers within target organizations
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate and close deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Kwanso’s products and services
• Accurately forecast sales and develop plans to meet/exceed quotas
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential leads
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Knowledge of software development and custom software solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
