The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities to support the company's growth and sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.
You should feel comfortable working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by conducting initial outreach to prospects.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, and convey the value proposition to potential customers.
- Schedule sales meetings and calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or sales (experience in AI/B2B/SaaS is a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presence and experience scheduling and taking multiple calls per day.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
