Position Overview:
As the Sales Development Representative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, optimize processes, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to coaching and developing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of SDRs, fostering a positive and motivating environment
- Strategy Development: Create and execute effective lead generation strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure smooth handoff of leads
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the SDR team to enhance their skills and knowledge
What we are looking for:
- Able to work a hybrid model in Austin, Texas
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
- 1+ year in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Base salary of $80,000, OTE of $140,000 accompanied with uncapped commission plan and performance-based bonuses
