About the role:
This role is a Registered Nurse, who manages a team of clinicians and works with a care team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants to provide collaborative care.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $88,000 - $115,500 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction and support to the nursing team in collaboration with the clinical leadership team.
- Oversee the delivery of virtual nursing care services, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols, guidelines, SLAs and best practices.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, providing guidance on complex cases, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practice.
- Review patient assessments, care plans, and interventions to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate patient care, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
- Work cross functionally to drive operational efficiencies for the practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews, clinical audits, and outcome assessments, to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree or Associate of Science in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: Georgia, Florida, Texas or RN compact license
- 4+ years of outpatient / ambulatory RN experience
- 2+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- 1+ years experience in basic behavioral health interventions used in primary care
Bonus points:
- Experience in virtual based practice strongly preferred
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and other technology tools for virtual care delivery.
- Knowledge and/or familiarity with the principles of project and program management
- Working knowledge of Milliman Care Guidelines
- Spanish language fluency

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
