Our mantra is to make it easy! The Regional Sales Manager will have ownership of all elements of bookings growth and account development within their targeted regions. We are seeking a relentless self-starter who is hyper-focused on acquiring new logos by discovering and developing new opportunities, managing their pipeline and executing account strategies, while also encouraging existing customer expansion. The Regional Sales Manager must drive pipeline generation daily while working with customer engineers, Zero executives, sales development sources, and Zero Networks channel partners to exceed sales quotas. This position will manage all aspects of the sales process and have a seat at the table as we continue to grow the company. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of sales excellence through impressive new business, enterprise & Commercial account acquisition and development, pipeline growth, maniacal qualification, creativity, and consistent hard work. Experience selling enterprise grade security software is required. 



Responsibilities

  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, understand their business needs and challenges, and proactively offer cybersecurity solutions to address those concerns.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the target market. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for generating new leads and closing deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Set and strive to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. Monitor progress regularly, identify areas of improvement, and take necessary actions to meet or exceed goals.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the offerings.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring the company's profitability.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective follow-up with prospects and clients.



Requirements

  • A willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
  • Ideally a minimum of 4+ years of B2B sales within the cyber industry.
  • Early-stage company experience highly valued.
  • Ideally trained in Meddpicc & Command of the message methodologies.
  • Consistent track record landing net "new logos" & expanding existing accounts.
  • Experience of being hands on with pipeline generation activities as well as working collaboratively with inside sales & partners, as addition to your own efforts.
  • Experience working with our partners, re-sellers and service integrators.
  • Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • Ideally demonstrated selling multiple products to same customer over your career.
  • You know your way around Salesforce and don’t have an issue updating it.
