Receptionist - Temporary

We are looking for a receptionist to cover for a holiday replacement of 3 weeks (August 19th to 30th). During these 3 weeks you will take care of the Austin office, one of our 5 offices all around the world. The Austin office has about 100 employees and keeps growing!

• Conduct administrative duties

On a daily basis, you will

• Handle essential services to ensure a smooth running of the office, such as:
• Maintain the office clean, tidy, and functional
• Handle access & parking topics
• Take care of deliveries and shipments
• Handle maintenance issues
• Supervise and control the work of contractors (cleaning company, etc…)
• Manage good relationships with landlord and facility management companies
• Maintain proper office supplies stock levels
• Participate in the onboarding process
• Welcome visitors & answer the phone
