About the role
We're seeking a Project Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving ReUp Education's state-focused initiatives and fostering organizational growth. As a member of the team, you will lead large-scale initiatives, drive organizational change, and manage cross-functional teams effectively to achieve impactful outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead large-scale initiatives to drive organizational change and foster growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans related to ReUp's state partnerships.
- Identify relevant opportunities to improve ReUp's state operations or develop new services aligned with company goals.
- Manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, and diverse stakeholders.
- Leverage your analytical skills, including data analysis, data visualization, and statistical analysis techniques, to derive strategic insights.
- Work cross-departmentally to validate metrics that drive strategic decision-making, including but not limited to new partnerships, academic policy, and promotion of offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful outcomes and drive best practices.
- Develop templates that create replicable models for tasks and processes.
- Deliver reports and presentations of findings to management and/or executive leadership.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 4-6+ years of experience in project management, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale initiatives, driving organizational change, and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, data visualization, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience in managing complex projects with significant budgets, multiple workstreams, and diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in or aptitude to rapidly learn relevant tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of the higher education ecosystem and a passion for supporting ReUp's mission and vision.

Location
This hybrid role will be based in Austin, TX. This role will be expected to work from the Austin office 2-3 days a week.

85,000 - 95,000 USD per year ( Austin, TX )
