We are seeking a Product Resilience Architect to join our ALABs Product Resilience team at Aristocrat, serving our community of businesses that provide regulated and non-regulated games and services. Your primary responsibilities will include the technical review and governance for the ongoing development of our product resilience and security framework and consultation with developers and testers to incorporate best practices for securing our products from the threats of tomorrow.

  • Analyze product portfolio for technical opportunities to improve security, integrity, and reliability across various stage gates

  • Partner with Product Management, Information Security, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure within various development and deployment environments

  • Conduct resilience testing in partnership with anti-cheat and information security functions

  • Review product disaster recovery and business continuity plans for continuous improvement from various threats

  • Develop a comprehensive technical strategy to protect Aristocrat’s IP across various product segments

  • Provide training and awareness programs for employees on product resilience, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, and crisis management best practices

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats to adjust resilience strategies accordingly

  • Document and maintain detailed records of resilience strategies, assessment findings, and improvement actions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (professional certifications like CISSP preferred)

  • 5+ years of omnichannel software development or product testing experience

  • Experience with secure product design and incident response best practices

  • Demonstrated contribution to teams and communities in the design and implementation of resilient and secure systems

  • Experience performing focused product security reviews to identify gaps, resulting in recommendations for inclusion in risk mitigation strategies

  • Excellent research, problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to learn new technologies

  • Able to comply with the policies and procedures in the company handbook

Pay Range

$100,894 - $187,375 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
