Essential Functions:

  • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital product experiences across eCommerce, omnichannel retail, and digital services—balancing customer needs, platform scalability, and business objectives.
  • Define and drive complex product roadmaps that align with company OKRs, leveraging deep market research, customer insights, data analytics, and technology trends.
  • Own the full product lifecycle—concept, launch, scale, and iteration—for consumer-facing platforms, enterprise tools, or backend systems (e.g., OMS, personalization engines, APIs, or mobile experiences).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of innovative, scalable, and high-performing products.
  • Drive the adoption of experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flagging, continuous discovery) to inform decision-making and measure impact.
  • Champion customer-centric, data-informed product development—integrating feedback loops, usage data, and KPIs to optimize product health and performance.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating product vision, decisions, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors, platforms, and partners (e.g., marketplaces, payment providers, digital identity platforms) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead and mentor product managers and owners across squads, promoting a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation.
  • Ensure trust, safety, and compliance are embedded into all product workflows—including secure transactions, data privacy, and fraud prevention.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes (annual and 3–5 year outlooks), identifying new product opportunities and investment areas within the eCommerce and digital ecosystem.
  • Represent the organization in external product communities, industry forums, and vendor councils.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in eCommerce or digital product management.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on consumer-facing digital platforms or eCommerce solutions.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, high-impact digital products across web, mobile, and backend systems in an agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and executive teams.
  • Expertise in using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, etc.) and working within agile development frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management with significant depth in eCommerce, retail tech, digital services, or platform development.
  • Experience with large-scale order management systems, personalization, checkout, fulfillment, or supply chain technology.
  • Familiarity with scaling cloud-based digital platforms and integrating third-party SaaS services (e.g., payments, CRM, analytics).
  • Executive MBA or similar leadership development experience.
  • Experience working in both high-growth startups and enterprise-level organizations.
  • Deep understanding of digital trust & safety practices, compliance (e.g., PCI, GDPR), and user privacy concerns in digital commerce.
