We are looking for a Product Activation Specialist to join our team at Luxury Presence! As the Product Activation Specialist for the Private Listing Network, you will play a pivotal role in the product launch and growth, acting as the key point of contact for customers and internal teams. You will refine with customer outreach strategy, deliver product demos, onboard users, and gather feedback to drive improvements. This role requires close collaboration with PED and Business Development teams, helping agents and brokers unlock the full potential of the network. This is a high-impact role, with the success of this launch having the potential to change the trajectory of the company. 🚀
Day-to-day, you’ll engage agents and brokers, assist with customer onboarding and ongoing support, and collect insights to guide the PLN product roadmap. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to align user feedback with product development efforts.
You will coach and mentor customer-facing teams by sharing product knowledge, facilitating training, and ensuring smooth adoption of new features and workflows.

- Supporting the launch phase by assisting with customer outreach, onboarding, and feedback collection
- Providing ongoing support to customers to ensure they maximize the value of the product
- Acting as a bridge between product development and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth feature rollouts
- Driving adoption and engagement by training agents, brokers, and teams on product best practices
- Helping shape the future of the Private Listing Network by relaying user insights to product teams and influencing development roadmaps

You have:
- 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or other related role
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, with experience working with agents, brokers, or related stakeholders
- Familiarity with Linear or other project management tools

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering compelling product demos
- Gifted at building meaningful relationships with clients and willing to go above and beyond to help
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on user feedback
- A personal sense of pride in your work
What success looks like after 90 days:
- You have established strong relationships with key agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- You’ve completed the onboarding of early adopters and provided detailed feedback to product and engineering teams.
- You’ve delivered multiple product demos and identified common challenges.
- You have a clear understanding of the PLN roadmap and are actively aligning your outreach efforts with upcoming feature launches.
- You’ve set up mechanisms for yourself and the team to track customer feedback.
What success looks like after 6 months:
- You’ve significantly contributed to the growth of the PLN user base, with high customer adoption rates.
- Your feedback has directly shaped and contributed to feature enhancements in PLN.
- You’ve created and documented onboarding best practices to be used by internal teams.
- You’ve led training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities with internal teams and customers.
- You’re recognized as the go-to product expert for all things related to PLN.
