About the Role:
CrowdStrike Operational Services is seeking a manager responsible for leading our Residency Services team, which provides long term support of the CrowdStrike platform and related applications. The Operational Services Manager will have responsibility for building and growing a team focused on providing operational platform support as well as incident response support for CrowdStrike customers. What You'll Do:

  • Build and grow a team that helps customers operationalize and support the CrowdStrike platform as well as analyze and investigate associated alerts within the customer SOC environment
  • Provide hands-on support, tactical with your team members to help them deliver high quality services to our most strategic customers
  • Build, operationalize, and curate Resident Services offerings for CrowdStrike Platform Services
  • Work cross functionally with CrowdStrike teams to ensure successfully delivery outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor team members to help expand skill sets and maximize performance
  • Anticipate customer needs for professional services by leveraging new CrowdStrike features and module releases
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Operational Services team to develop customer facing collateral
  • Deliver high quality services constantly seeking feedback from customers, partners and CrowdStrike team members to improve offerings


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience
  • Currently have or can obtain necessary security clearances, per customer requirement
  • 7+ years of professional experience in professional services
  • 4+ years of experience in technology and/or SOC leadership managing a team of direct reports
  • Experience with a broad range of SaaS technologies across EDR, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, SOAR, etc.
  • A proven leader, with the ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a high performing organization, with the ability to establish strong cross functional relationships to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
  • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Technical experience in the following areas:

  • Endpoint Security: Falcon platform (preferred), AV/EDR solutions
  • Development: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Batch
  • Technologies: Experience with Host based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, IT Automation
  • Compliance: CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, HIPAA
  • Database: SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale
  • Identity: Active Directory, Azure-AD, SSO, MFA
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
