We’re seeking a results-driven, Paid Social Strategist eager to help drive the growth of our business. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our paid social channels, including Meta and TikTok, to drive strategy and optimization within platforms. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Performance, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth. This is the ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is passionate about combining strategic media planning, creative testing, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of paid social ad spend for our Calendar products. You'll be responsible for making ad, audience, campaign, and budget optimizations that improve cost-per-acquisition efficiencies.
  • Continuously improve our “test and learn” framework to increase campaign performance, targeting and results.
  • Partner with our Creative team to develop creative testing roadmaps, deliver creative insights, draft clear creative briefs and improve our existing creative testing process.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-commerce and Retail to develop holistic and data-driven campaign plans.
  • Run weekly, in-depth channel and creative analysis that generates insights and actionable recommendations to be shared out across other marketing channel leads and creative teams.
Requirements
  • You have 2+ years of Performance Marketing experience with an emphasis on paid social channels at a brand or agency
  • You have strong data analytics skills, are familiar with various marketing attribution methodologies and have a test and learn mind set
  • You have a deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) with an understanding of their intricacies and dynamics
  • You have a strong creative acumen, with experience leading and optimizing creative development processes that drive performance
  • You can translate data into strategic recommendations and actionable plans for future campaigns
  • Nice to have: experience managing other digital and/or paid social channels such as Google, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Programmatic and CTV.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-$110K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-$110K based on experience.
