Operations Analyst

SAM Labs is looking for an Operations Analyst to be the right-hand person to the VP of Operations, tackling high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across the business.

This is a high-exposure, high-growth role where you'll gain direct experience in analyzing data, optimizing processes, and executing strategic initiatives, all while working closely with senior leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from strong mentors, contribute to key business decisions, and develop a versatile skill set that will accelerate your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of the COO, taking ownership of tasks, anticipating needs, and driving execution across multiple areas.
  • Build data models, dashboards, and reports to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Analyze business performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
  • Optimize and implement scalable processes to improve operations and workflow.
  • Own and execute cross-functional projects, working with different teams to drive efficiency.
  • Support leadership in executing strategic priorities and managing key initiatives.

You Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience (Management Consulting, Finance, Ops, or high-growth startups preferred).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills (strong Excel).
Process-driven mindset, with a passion for efficiency and optimization.
High energy, drive, and eagerness to take ownership of projects.
Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to execute quickly and accurately.
Curiosity and adaptability, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
